The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) instrument continues to be the most trusted and widely used assessment in the world for understanding individual differences and uncovering new ways to work and interact with others.
It is used exclusively in a development setting to improve individual and team performance, develop and retain top talent and leaders lending depth to the coaching experience, improve communication and reduce conflict in teams as well as explore the world of work and careers.
Those who successfully complete the course will be accredited to administer, interpret and feedback the MBTI instrument (Step I & II). You will also be invited to join the Middle East MBTI Practitioners forum which is a free bi-annual learning and development event for MBTI practitioners to share experiences and continue to develop their skills further with the MBTI.
The course comprises of some pre-course reading and taking the MBTI questionnaire, home work and daily multiple choice assessments.
BPS Qualification in Occupational Testing
Formerly known as the BPS Level A&B (P), this 4-day course qualifies delegates to use a wide variety of ability tests and personality questionnaires from a number of major test publishers including Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company, psychometric products.
The qualification is internationally recognised demanding the best practice in the use of psychometrics at work, and is suitable for those involved in selection, development or any other application where psychometric assessments are useful. Upon successful completion of the course delegates will be able to become registered as an international Occupational Test User (Abilty and Personality), with the ability to administer, analyse and feedback a variety of psychometric tools including the Saville Assessment range of products. Upon successful application to the BPS, conversion courses to a number of further products will also be made available.
Pre-course work, reading and assessments are a requirement, two open book exams during the 4-day course and post course work, should you wish to apply to the BPS upon completion. EQi 2.0 & EQ360
The EQi is particularly useful for development activity and in certain circumstances for selection. The EQi 2-day Accreditation Course enables those who complete, pass the post online assessment and conduct an observed feedback session, to become certified to use the EQi-2.0 model of Emotional Intelligence tools; both individual reports and 360 surveys.
This British Psychological Society (BPS) recognised 2-day Global Leader Assessor Skills Course enables delegates to develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a qualified Assessor specifically in the Assessment and Development Centre setting. It is designed for HR Professionals, management and non-management staff who are required to be part of an assessment function.
The Assessor Skills course teaches delegates the art of recording, classifying and rating behavioural evidence across a range of observable exercises including group exercises, role plays and analysis exercises / case studies and presentations.
There is pre-course work (written report), homework, an observed feedback session and a multiple choice exam at the end of the programme.
Strong Interest Inventory

Accredited Award in Coach Training (AACT)
A fast paced, highly interactive programme recognised by the Association of Coaching UK, introduces the practical techniques to coach individuals for professional development. Real life case studies, group discussions, personal feedback and continuous practice are all used to build the framework for professional coaching skills. The workshop particularly focuses on the GROW model.
The workshop is designed to create an assured coach, confident to tackle work and behavioural issues and help their coachees achieve set goals. This includes:
- Understand the purpose, ethics and power of Coaching.
- Gaining commitment in times of change.
- Tapping into people’s potential and their desire to succeed and improve.
- Solving technical and organisational problems.
- Dealing with difficult people and dramatically enhance their own and other’s performance.
Innovative HR Solutions has aligned this programme with the Association for Coaching (UK) and the standards they set to help participants gain Associate and Member Level Membership with the Association following the workshop.
There is some homework and post-course work – practical and theoretical work required.
The FIRO-Business (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Business) instrument helps individuals understand their need for inclusion, control and affection and how it can shape their behaviour and interactions with others at work or in their personal life. As an integral part of your leadership and coaching, team building and conflict management initiatives, the FIRO-B assessment can be used in a variety of settings and in combination with other solutions to improve organisational performance. It provides the skills to administer and interpret the assessment competently and ethically.
There is some pre-course work (online assessment) and homework.
This British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited 2-day Workshop enables delegates to manage the process of designing and facilitating Assessment and Development Centres. The 2-day Assessor Skills Course is a pre-requisite to attend this course.
The course enables delegates to develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a qualified Centre Manager in a range of typical Assessment Centre events. You will be shown how to select exercises and design a matrix for an assessment event to gain a robust measure of the behaviours at the level in question. It will also instruct in the art of running an efficient and robust post centre ‘wash-up’ session and guide consistency and quality throughout an event. Upon successful completion, delegates will be able to purchase business simulation exercises from two key test publishers; Global Leader and A&DC.
There is some homework and a multiple choice exam to finalise your certification.
The NEO PI-3 assesses the Big Five personality traits: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience.
